China's Customs Restricts Import and Export Items
  1. All kinds of weapons, simulated weapons, ammunition and explosive materials;

  2. Counterfeit currency and forged marketable securities;

  3. Printed materials, films, photographs, records, films, audio tapes, videotapes, laser discs, computer storage media and other items that are harmful to China's politics, economy, culture and morality;

  4. All kinds of strong poisons;

  5. Opium, morphine, heroin, cannabis and other addictive narcotics and psychotropic substances;

  6. Animals, plants and their products with dangerous germs, pests and other harmful organisms;

  7. Food, medicine or other items that are harmful to human and animal health, from affected areas and other diseases that can spread disease.

 

China Post Office Embargo Edby Rules (1) All kinds of weapons and ammunition.

  1. All kinds of weapons and ammunition.such as guns, bullets, artillery shells, grenades, mines, bombs, etc.

  2. All kinds of explosive items.Such as detonators, explosives, gunpowder, firecrackers and so on.

  3. All types of combustible items, including liquids, gases and solids.Such as gasoline, kerosene, oil, alcohol, raw paint, diesel, aerosols, gas lighters, gas cylinders, phosphorus, sulfur, matches, etc.

  4. All kinds of corrosive articles.Such as fire sulfate, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, organic solvents, pesticides, hydrogen peroxide, hazardous chemicals.

  5. All kinds of radioactive elements and containers.such as uranium, cobalt, radon, plutonium, etc.

  6. All kinds of strong poisons.Such as radon, cyanide, frost, etc.

  7. All kinds of narcotic drugs.opium (including poppy shells, flowers, blooms, leaves), morphine, cocaine, heroin, cannabis, methamphetamine, ephedrine and other products.

  8. All kinds of biochemical products and infectious articles.Such as anthrax, dangerous bacteria, medical waste and so on.

  9. All kinds of publications, propaganda materials, printed materials, etc., which endanger national security and social and political stability, as well as obscene materials.

  10. All kinds of articles that endanger public health.Such as bones, animal organs, limbs, unmade animal skin, unpharmaceuticaled animal bones, etc.

  11. National laws, regulations and administrative regulations expressly prohibit the circulation, delivery or entry and exit of articles, such as state secret documents and materials, state currency and counterfeit currency and securities, imitation weapons, controlled knives, precious cultural relics, endangered wildlife and their products.

  12. The packaging is not proper and may endanger personal safety, contaminate or damage other items of delivery, equipment, etc.

  13. All sending imported articles are prohibited by each country (region).

International logistics embargo

(i) Express embargoed goods:

  1. It is difficult to estimate the value of marketable securities and easy-to-lose valuables, such as: bills of lading, write-off bills, passports, quota cards, permits, licenses, private documents, bills of exchange, invoices, domestic or foreign currency (cash), gold and silver ornaments, artificial jewelry, mobile phones.

  2. Flammable and explosive, corrosive, toxic, strong acid alkaline and radioactive various dangerous goods, such as: matches, detonators, gunpowder, firecrackers, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, alcohol (liquid and solid), sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, organic solvents, pesticides and other chemical products included in the "Chemical Dangerous Goods Practical Manual" published by the Chemical Industry Press.

  3. All kinds of strong poisons, narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, such as: frost, opium, morphine, cocaine, heroin, cannabis, etc.

  4. State decrees prohibit the circulation or shipment of goods, such as: cultural relics, weapons, ammunition, imitation weapons and so on.

  5. Contains reactionary, obscene or harmful content of newspapers and books, pictures, promotional materials, audio-visual products, laser disc (VCD, DVD, LD), computer disk and CD-ROM.

  6. Obstruction of public health, such as bones (including burned bones), unmade animal skins, untreated animal bones, etc.

  7. Animals, plants and their specimens.

  8. White powder of hard-to-identify ingredients.

  9. Private letters, etc.

 

(ii) Aviation embargoed goods:

1. Articles that threaten the safety of aviation flights, refer to articles or substances that may be manifestly harmful to human health, safety or damage to property in air transport. There are mainly the following categories:

(a). Explosives: such as fireworks, detonating fuses, etc.

(b). Gas: such as compressed gas, dry ice, fire extinguishers, gas storage cylinders (no emission devices, can no longer be inflated), life-saving devices (can automatically expand), etc.

(c). Flammable liquids: such as paint, gasoline, alcohol, oil, camphor oil, engine starting fluid, flotation, water, glue, perfume, etc.

(d). Flammable solids: self-igniting substances, water release flammable gas materials, such as activated carbon, titanium powder, coconut dried, castor products, rubber debris, safety matches (box or piece wipe), dry white phosphorus, dry yellow phosphorus, magnesium powder, etc.

(e). Oxidants and organic peroxides: potassium permanganate;

(f). Toxic and infectious items: such as pesticides, lithium batteries, tear gas, etc.;

(g). Radioactive material;

(h). Corrosion: such as batteries, alkaline battery liquid.

(i). Magnets, magnetic steel and other products containing strong magnets without degaussing protective packaging.

2. Any medicine.

3. Other aviation embargoed items, such as: powdered goods (regardless of color), flammable and explosive liquids (regardless of packaging used), outsourcing of goods containing hazard signs, audio-visual products (including CD, VCD), knives, durians, air-lighters, "weapons" and "firearms"

 

Concept of any goods (including toys) etc.

( iii ) Prohibited entry items

  1. Bird's nest, sea cucumber, flower gum, beef jerky, meat-containing fruit and mud and other seafood meat products

  2. Fresh fruit, meat/meat-flavored fruit puree, kiwi seeds, seeds can be planted and breeding items

  3. Books and CD-ROM items harmful to Chinese politics, economy, culture, and morality

  4. Raw or  ooked meat (including organs) and its products;

  5. Animal-derived milk and dairy products, including raw milk, fresh milk, yogurt, liquid milk, cheese, animal-derived cream, butter, cheese and other dairy products

  6. Eggs and their products, including fresh eggs, pied eggs, salted eggs, egg-source products such as egg shell, mayonnaise

  7. Grease, pibrire, hair, hooves, bone, horns and their products

  8. Animal-derived feed (including meat powder, bone powder, fishmeal, whey powder, blood powder, etc. single feed) Animal-derived Chinese herbs, animal-derived fertilizer

  9. Charging treasure, mobile power, etc.

  10. Items that violate the "People's Republic of China Prohibited Entry and Exit Items List" and "Regulations on the Prohibition of Sending Items published by the State Post Office of China"

Consequences of mailing embargoed goods

Any service package, such as because of the embargoed items, resulting in the return, fine, destruction of all the consequences of the next single person to bear;
